Jake Paul continues his “road to becoming world champion” on Saturday when he added another knockout to his record against an overmatched foe in Ryan Bourland.
Although Bourland (17-3) came into the fight with more professional boxing bouts, Paul (9-1) looked the more experienced of the two by leaps and bounds. The YouTuber-turned-boxer came out aggressive and punished Bourland for a few minutes until the referee stepped in.
Check out the top social media reacts to Paul’s win over Bourland in Puerto Rico.

Jake needs an opponent that drums up interest. If it’s not a high-profile MMA guy then a retired ex-champ. As much as it pains me to say it he really should fight … Sergio. @TheLatinSnake_

Jake Paul calls out Canelo Alvarez after knocking out Ryan Bourland: “Canelo, stop ducking, I know you want it. I’m repping Puerto Rico, you’re repping Mexico, so it’s Mexico vs Puerto Rico. I want Canelo. I’m the face of this sport. Who’s doing more for boxing than me?”

Is there any demand for Jake Paul fighting randos?
There was at least intrigue when mixed martial artists crossed over to face him.
Even the most well-versed on boxing couldn’t pick Ryan Bourland out of a lineup a few months ago. https://t.co/8J9nSBm4X1
